Carl’s experiences in the art of female impersonation, dance, vocal music, and professional theatre have established him as a veteran performer of the highest caliber. Carl’s professional training began at a very early age. Professional dance training for Carl, started at the age of three. Realizing his love for the stage, Carl began his vocal music training at the age of five. Continuing his training in dance and vocal music, Carl inevitably began his dramatic studies. Further realizing his abilities as an entertainer, Carl began searching for the one outlet that would allow him the freedom to express himself, while at the same time utilize his many talents. Thus, Victoria DePaula was conceived, rehearsed, and polished to an art of perfection. Just as Victoria is a professionally trained individual, so is the man behind the makeup. Carl performs offstage as a professionally trained and licensed cosmetologist as well as co-owner of Lawns to C Landscaping Company. Developing self-pride, dedicating himself to family and friends, perfecting, sharing, and giving of Victoria to the community are the goals, objectives and priorities of Carl.

Since then, Victoria DePaula has been blessed to have won various titles. Carl's goals, with the illusion of Victoria DePaula, are to motivate and inspire others to achieve their dreams and to promote professionalism in the realm of entertainment.
